The National Hydropower Association (NHA) understands the importance of hydropower’s role in a carbon pollution-free future, as well as the people who will make it achievable. Currently, one of the largest challenges in the water power industry is finding employees to fill necessary roles.
In response to industry staffing needs, NHA created the new NHA Career Center, which is open to employers, and job seekers. With 25 job listings from 21 employers, as well as postings that go beyond the water power industry, NHA’s Career Center is a valuable resource.
Employers have access to a host of tools, which allow for resume searches, bulk job postings, the creation of brand profiles, and application management; employers wo are member organizations of NHA receive discounted pricing packages for services.
The NHA Career Center is a one-stop shop for prospective employee and employer needs. With assets aimed to help individuals and employers hone their talents, the site offers a wealth of options for those looking to find work both inside and outside the water power field.
Yet, the NHA Career Center is more than a place for job searches and applications; the site provides professional services to help potential employees, employers, and executives with building and managing their careers. With resources like the following, NHA is confident that the Career Center offers something for everyone:
- Reference checking
- LinkedIn profile development
- Career coaching with vetted, professional coaches
- Resume posting
- Job alerts
- Resume resources: biography development, resume critiques, resume re-targets, and more …
