About the NHA Hydro Academy
NHA created the Hydro Academy to fill a need in the industry and to create a forum for educational exchange. About the Speakers
Kevin Quirion, Eaton
Kevin is the National Engineering Manager for Power Generation and Microgrids at Eaton, leading the project engineering group responsible for executing generator projects, specializing in governors, exciters, protection and system controls. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marine engineering from Maine Maritime Academy and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in engineering management from Southern New Hampshire University. Kevin is located Lewiston, Maine and has been with Eaton from over 12 years.
Chris M. Finen
Chris is the National Application Engineer Manager for Eaton located in Nashville, TN. In this role, Chris coordinates the efforts of Eaton’s Application Engineers providing technical support to distribution system designers across North America. With Eaton since 1994, Chris has given hundreds of technical presentations on subjects including circuit protection, selective coordination, arc flash mitigation, power quality, motor control, and electrical reliability. He is an Electrical Engineering graduate of Vanderbilt University and is active with many industry groups including IEEE, ASHE, and NFPA. He is currently a Technical Committee member for NFPA 99 and a member of Code Making Panel 15 for the National Electrical Code. Chris is also a LEED Accredited Professional and a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Tennessee.

As of November 21, 2022, the room block is closed and the Westin Chattanooga is completely sold out over our event dates.
There are a number of alternative hotels that are close by, including the Marriott Downtown Chattanooga and the Indigo Hotel. You can go here to see other hotels in Downtown Chattanooga. Please be sure to check the distance from the Westin before making your hotel arrangements.
