Please join NHA for a virtual members-only workshop on the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and the Investment Tax Credits, Production Tax Credits, and Direct Pay provisions in the new law. Michael Platner from Van Ness Feldman, Will Pisano from NHA, and Jeff Leahey from SMI will be available to answer questions on the legislation. This call is a great opportunity to answer your high-level questions about how the credits work and what types of projects may be eligible.
Moving forward, NHA also plans on creating an ad hoc working group to serve as a body for coordinating the water power industry’s efforts to oversee the implementation of the IRA tax credits. If you would like to join this working group, please email Catherin Ryan at Catherine@hydro.org.
