Joseph LoSasso joined the NHA staff in June of 2022 and is the Director of Corporate Partnerships and Senior Manager of Industry Engagement. Previously, Joseph owned an association management and consulting practice called UpSign, which he started from scratch in 2015. He’s been in the association world for 15 years, with roles ranging from Member Experience Director thru Executive Director in industries such as Healthcare, Professional Services, and various Trades. Joseph believes in a members-first approach, understanding that member engagement is what drives an association, and an industry. He strives to meet everyone in an old-fashioned way, so do not be surprised if you receive a phone call one day!
