Jim Hancock has spent the past 25 years of his practice focused on regulatory, licensing, compliance, environmental, legislative, and policy issues relating to hydroelectric projects licensed by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) under Part 1 of the Federal Power Act.
